Welsh,
the owner/broker, established Acro Home Buyer Service in 1991, which would later become KC Metro Homefinders. In 2009, KC Metro Homefinders became Welsh & Welsh Inc. Dr.
Welsh is a former college administrator, national consultant and
the author of a book "Question
the Illusion-A Home Buyer's Guide to Understanding Real Estate".
Dr. Welsh has taught real estate courses, developed environmental
training programs and conducted training in environmental areas.
Dr. Welsh has experience in residential and commercial construction.
He has built three of his own homes and managed a $15,000,000 construction
project.
Don has been a member
of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City and the
National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. His specialty is
helping clients build new homes and providing assistance to his
agents when their buyers are building homes or purchasing new construction. |
